A large proportion of our work is for letting agents/large private landlords and our business has evolved to meet their needs.

While repairs and maintenance are a real concern for business customers, we know that the last thing you want to hear is that your boiler needs replacing. Well our starting point is always: can it be repaired and if so is it economical to do so long term? We find it is often more economical to repair and maintain a boiler than replace it and our expertise means we can keep the majority of boilers in good health. This is where we deliver time and again for our customers: we diagnose it right first time, keeping costs down, and get it repaired fast, keeping your tenants happy.

We combine our technical expertise with a back office facility that meets your administrative requirements.

The office is permanently manned during normal office hours in order to provide
a constant point of contact: your phone call should never disappear into the black hole that is often an engineer’s answer phone.

We use service industry software to log all of our work, which allows us to deploy work to the engineers in the field via their phones. All of our business customers have web accounts where they are able to track their jobs and print off their landlords gas safety records.

With this back office resource, we can also take over responsibility for booking in jobs directly with your tenants, so reducing your workload.

We operate a gas safety system that allows us to notify our customers when
they are due to be renewed, after 12 months. Our safety certificates are produced electronically and emailed, and hard copies are posted to the installation address.
